工作原理：

将物料直接倒入滚筒内，由前半段加洗液清洗，采用循环水泵，蒸汽加热系统，变频调速、自动控温，清洗后进入清水喷淋区，清洗干净后直接进入振动筛，由振动筛将大部分水珠震动掉后进入风干线，风干完毕后直接装箱即可。

自动控温，变频调速，筒体分为两部分，前半部采用加洗洁精处理方法，后半部采用清水自动清洗一遍。滚筒内有毛刷，螺旋进料出料
