真空滚揉机是在真空状态下,利用物理冲击原理,让肉块或肉馅在滚筒内上下翻动,从而达到按摩、腌渍作用。腌渍液被肉充分地吸收,增强肉的结着力和保水性,提高产品弹性及出品率。本机采用不锈钢制作,结构合理、运行平稳、噪音小、性能可靠、操作简便、设备使用效率高。设定滚搡工作总时间、间歇滚揉时间、真空状态滚揉时间,具有连续滚搡、间歇滚揉、反转滚动出料等功能,设有真空吸料口。

使腌渍液在原料肉内均匀吸收,增强肉的结合力,提高肉的弹性,保证肉制品的切片性,增加保水性 ,提高出品率。

适合多种产品的要求,如禽类、鱼类、猪肉、牛肉等。
